Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Cozy Corner. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order and custom items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time and Cost

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Cozy Corner is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at carmelodonoso5@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at carmelodonoso5@gmail.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
