Need a replacement part or a missing component for a product you purchased from The Cozy Corner? We're happy to help.
How to Request a Part
Send an email to carmelodonoso5@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout
- The product name as it appears on your order
- A description of the part you need (a photo is very helpful)
- Your current shipping address
What Happens Next
- We'll review your request and confirm availability within 1–2 business days.
- If the part is available, we'll let you know the cost (if any) and the estimated delivery time.
- Replacement parts for items that arrived damaged or incomplete are provided free of charge when reported within 30 days of delivery.
